Affiliate disclosure

Last updated October 26, 2026.

BizHacks Daily publishes guides that mention software. Some of those mentions may be affiliate links. If you buy through an affiliate link, the vendor or its network may pay this site a commission. You should not pay a higher price because you started from here.

That relationship is the kind of connection the Federal Trade Commission expects to be clear. The FTC’s Endorsement Guides are the reference this page follows: if a link can earn money, a reader should be able to tell.

How links work on this site today

Guides link to a company’s own pricing page or help page so you can check a figure. Those citations are ordinary links. They are not rewritten.

A separate slot exists for a tracking URL. It lives in src/data/affiliates.mjs and starts empty. While a slot is empty, the “visit the site” link still goes to the official page. When a real tracking URL is pasted in, that link is replaced and marked rel="sponsored". The citation underneath it stays on the vendor’s page.

What a commission does not buy

Opinions in a guide are the author’s. A vendor does not review the draft, and a commission is not a quote from the company.

If you would rather skip the tracking link

Use the source link in the guide, or type the company’s address yourself. You will reach the same product.
